Setting-up of SAS SYSTEM injector with loading system, rotary filter and brine mixers gives a full professional, highly-efficient automatic injection line.

The complete injection line consists of:

• Brine Injector type MH-117 / MH-212 / MH-336 
• rotary filter type FBN-117 / FBN-212 / FBN-336 or rotary filter with cooling system type FBN-117CH / FBN-212CH / FBN-336CH
• loading unit type WPN-2
• brine mixer type MS-400/ MS-1000/ MS-1500/ MS-2000 or brine mixer with cooling system type MS-400 CH/ MS-1000 CH/ MS-1500 CH/ MS-2000CH.

Rotary filter
Rotary filter allows for precise brine filtration, even from the smallest particles e.g. meat and sinew carnicles and small proteins. Rotary filters types FBN-117CH, FBN-212CH and FBN-336CH are additionally equipped with a cooling jacket tanks, thus maintaining a constant level temperature of the previously cooled brine.

The rotary filter has a function of brine mixing and brine pumping out from the tank and easy to clean, multistage brine filtration system

Highly efficient centrifugal pump
The high pump output guarantees constant brine pressure in the injector. It is possible to set an injection pressure at 0,5 to 4,5 Bar.
